Privacy policy

Effective 2026-11-01. The Korean version prevails if the two differ.

FilingsToday ("the site") handles as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what is handled and how.

1. Information we collect

The site has no accounts and does not ask for names or contact details. If you email us, we keep your address and message to reply, and delete them within a year. Messages are not used for anything else and are not shared with third parties.

2. Cookies and advertising

The site may show ads from third parties, including Google AdSense. Google and other vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other sites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info. The site works normally if you clear or block cookies.

3. Access logs

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process IP addresses, browser type and request times for security and operations. The operator does not use these logs to identify anyone.

4. Calculators

Values typed into the calculators are processed in your browser and are not sent to any server.

5. Personal data in filings

From Korean insider reports and US Form 4 filings we use only the reporting person's name, role and trades. Dates of birth, addresses and similar details are not collected. If you are named and want a correction or removal, contact us below.

6. Children

The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
